States With Texas-Like Regulations For Clinics Providing Abortions

The Center for Reproductive Rights identifies 12 states that have already adopted regulations for health clinics that provide abortions that are as strict as Texas’ HB 2, with requirements like minimum corridor width and room size, and hospital admitting privileges for individual doctors. These laws could be struck down by the courts if they are found to be essentially the same as the Texas requirements.
