Black Flight From Los Angeles County To The Inland Empire

As Los Angeles County lost Black residents between 1990 and 2010, the Inland Empire, made up of San Bernardino and Riverside counties, experienced significant growth. Popular destinations included Moreno Valley, Victorville and Fontana.
