Russia Upgrades Missile Base
The base is located in Kaliningrad, a Baltic territory of Russia. A few years ago, shelters were built to house Russia’s new Iskander missiles. Buildings at center left in the July 30, 2018, image were recently demolished, presumably to be replaced with new facilities.
