China Builds New Link To Southeast Asia

The railway’s planned 250-plus miles of track will connect China’s southern Yunnan province with Laos’ capital Vientiane. It is part of a line that will eventually extend from Kunming, Yunnan’s capital, connecting to Malaysia’s capital, Kuala Lumpur, and south to Singapore.


Railroad fork to the Mayalasian capital of Kuala Lumpur already exists.
