COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people

COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 people

Notes

Overall numbers include individuals ages 12 and older. The estimates include over 30% of the U.S. population and are represented by the following jurisdictions: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York City (New York), Seattle/King County (Washington), Utah and Wisconsin. The denominator for each rate is the entire number of people in that cohort. For instance, the death rate among unvaccinated people ages 12 and older is currently 9.1 deaths estimated per 100,000 unvaccinated people ages 12 and older. The death rate among vaccinated people is currently 0.7 deaths per 100,000 vaccinated people.
