20 Colleges That Received The Most Unmet-Need Money From The CARES Act

The CARES Act set aside $348.8 million to help colleges most affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Together, these schools serve less than 3,000 students, and only five had any Pell Grant recipients, a measure of low-income students.
