Of the three detection services that NPR tried out, two were able to identify Sample 1 as AI-generated. Pindrop was able to identify Sample 2 as AI-generated, and AI or Not’s updated model correctly identified Sample 3 as human. AI Voice Detector's tool was inconclusive about all three.
