Preset scenarios

1. Baseline - Moderately contagious virus with low vaccination rates
2. High natural immunity - Community that has some immunity due to high levels of exposure to the virus
3. Low natural immunity - Community that has some natural immunity, but not a lot
4. More infectious - Previous scenario, but with a more infectious virus
