Percentage Of HUD Homes Sold In Official Flood Zones

Nationwide, homes sold by the Department of Housing and Urban Development are disproportionately located in official flood zones, compared with all homes sold. Some states stand out as hot spots where a particularly large percentage of the homes that HUD sells are prone to flooding.
