New York election results
The New York City election could see the elevation of 34-year-old Zohran Mamdani, a state assemblymember, to the mayor’s office. Mamdani beat former Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the Democratic primary, and Cuomo – now running as an independent – is considered the top challenger in the general election.
