The Capitol Charges

NPR has tracked every federal criminal case stemming from the events of Jan. 6, 2021. Although nearly all 1,575 defendants have been pardoned and their cases dismissed, this database preserves information on all of them. The database also provides publicly accessible — and searchable — information, including, in hundreds of cases, video evidence from exhibits filed by the Department of Justice in federal court.
