Virginia election results
Virginia voters narrowly approved a Democratic-backed redistricting proposal, but it was blocked by the courts. Nevertheless, the poor political environment for Republicans is giving Democrats hope that they can pick up seats anyway.
Virginia voters will also decide whether to put the right to abortion in the state constitution.
